- Brock Lesnar: Win the first one-on-one match in WWE Universe mode.

- Demolition (Ax and Smash): Win the WWE Tag Team Championship in WWE Universe mode. Note: This match must be created automatically in WWE Universe mode; you can put the titles on the line yourself using the "Change Participants" option, but you cannot add the champs yourself.

- Eddie Guerrero: View the 7-1 cutscene in the Hero storyline in RTWM mode, after your match with Rey Mysterio as Eddie Guerrero.

- Edge: Successfully complete the Battle Royal match in the Villain storyline in RTWM mode.

- Goldust: Win a singles match with Cody Rhodes in WWE Universe mode.

- Kevin Nash: View the 5-2 cutscene in the Outsider storyline in RTWM mode, after Kevin Nash slams Triple H in the locker room.

- Michelle McCool: Win the Divas Championship in WWE Universe mode.

- Mr. McMahon: Successfully complete the Hero storyline in RTWM mode.

- Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat: Successfully complete the Royal Rumble match in the Hero storyline in RTWM mode.

- Shawn Michaels: Win the Elimination Chamber match with The Undertaker.

- "Stone Cold" Steve Austin: view the WrestleMania cutscene in the Outsider storyline in RTWM mode. Alternately, defend either major title at PPV in WWE Universe mode.

- The Road Warriors (Animal and Hawk): View the 10-1 cutscene in the Hero storyline in RTWM mode, after Animal's appearance in Jacob Cass' match with Kofi Kingston.

- The Rock: Successfully complete the Outsider storyline in RTWM mode.

- Vader: Defeat Vader (6-2 cutscene) in the Hero storyline in RTWM mode, after your match with Tyson Kidd.

Is this the Wii version? Because if so there's at least one lie here, considering I have 11 people to unlock, and 10 slots, so I'm gonna assume Shawn is a lie since EC with Undertaker both in regular play and Universe mode isn't working

  @Harper surprisingly i just did my first match with undertaker and gold dust came out as my opponent im pretty sure there’s multiple ways of unlocking characters
