That was back then though. I'm sure he's improved since then

I was about to say the same thing. Matt Morgan has improved drastically since that horrible stint in WWE during his time with TNA. I feel the guy has all the tools to be a full time main eventer right now and hopefully TNA can make that happen sooner rather than later.

Yeah but not sure if they'll do it again. It'll probably be someone else.

Didn't Kaz and Daniels once wrestle under Suicide?

Yes  both played him , I don't remember who first , but someone stop playing him when he was X Division Champion , so the other played the character , so both got added a title reign .

Abyss doesn't got for the match , but attacks Aces & Eights , No DQ . Puts Anderson through a table , no DQ . Hits the Black Hole Slam on Devon and ref counts the 3 ... What was that !?!?!?

Daniels was first then he started coming out as Curry Man and they popped Kaz into the Suicide costume to play off the "How can it be Daniels under the mask when I am out here right now" lol

Yeah I saw that too, Abyss wasn't even legal in the match when the bell rung, so how he can come in halfway and get the pin is stupid...

Didn't Kaz and Daniels once wrestle under Suicide?

Yes they did. In fact Daniels actually wrestled as Suicide at Lockdown 2009 in an Xcape Match and then wrestled the Lethal Lockdown match later that same night because Kazarian was injured at the time.

Daniels is such a great, underrated wrestler. He seems to have got better with age. He better hold the TNA World Title before he retires.

I dislike this 3 Ways without reason . I would rather have a 1 on 1 with 2 guys in a feud than a 3 Way with 2 guys on feud and one randomly put in . At least sounds promising the Ultimate X Division match between King , Sabin and Suicide .

Couldn't agree more. I know a lot of people like Austin Aries and I'm one of them but no way did he deserve a World Heavyweight title run before Christopher Daniels. If he hadn't have gotten himself so over with the crowd at the time he would never have even been considered for a title opportunity last year because if memory serves me correctly, Bobby Roode was supposed to hold the title until Bound For Glory and drop it to James Storm who was penciled in to win the BFG Series. That had been the plan ever since that loss Storm suffered against Roode at Lockdown. Next thing we know is Roode has beaten every big name TNA had to offer over an 8 month title reign and then ends up losing to Austin Aries who was still the top guy in the X Division at the time. Say what you want but that was a stupid decision, I get it was a feel good moment but Roode should have won it back in the rematch because Storm got screwed over once again in the process and was put in a Street Fight with Roode which ended up going on third rather than the main event where they belonged. The Roode/Storm story needed the World title going into BFG a lot more than Hardy/Aries did.

I'm not trying to go off topic with that or compare Daniels to Aries because both are amazing wrestlers but Christopher Daniels was more deserving of a World title run than Aries was last year and it's a crime he hasn't been given one yet. Even Frankie Kazarian could make a good World Champion if he can get the face push he received in 2007-2008 as Kaz again. Nobody deserves it more than Daniels though, he is by far the greatest TNA Superstar never to have held the World title.

I agree with some aspects...

You cannot deny though that the Roode/Aries matches were brilliant even if Daniels deserved the World Title before Aries. That's when TNA was red hot and 10x better then WWE. Ever since they slapped the title on Hardy its been going downhill again.

But oh my that street fight at BFG was magnificent between Roode/Storm. I'm usually not a big lover of them kinda matches... but that had me hooked.

In my opinion they should have never put the title on Hardy and made it a triple threat between Roode/Aries/Storm at BFG which led to a Roode/Storm feud.

Onto my thoughts about IMPACT last night. In my opinion it was very drab and boring as usual. Didn't have any great matches other than the X Division, seeing D'Lo Brown in another match was horrible.

However the part where Daniels and Kaz were backstage talking about their match, for some reason had me crying in laughter. When Daniels said "we might double up on the drinks", that was gold in my opinion. He's such a funny character. "3 way, yes me and Fransoure are up for a 3 way" xD

Nobody can deny the matches Roode and Aries had against each other were MOTY candidates, especially the one from Destination X and Hardy getting his hands on the World title was a bad move, I mean his BFG series win came literally from out of nowhere with Storm leading all the way into the No Surrender PPV and Hardy just lurking around the middle of it, he wasn't deserving of the win or title at that point and the World title scene hasn't been nearly as good as it was last year when Roode and Aries carried the company. Roode vs. Storm at BFG was probably the best Street Fight I have ever seen come out of TNA and I'm glad it took place but it should have been for the World title in the main event. Aries and Hardy could have still had their match on the card and they could have even put the X Division title on the line if they'd have kept the belt on Aries for another few months. I don't know, i just don't like the way Storm got screwed over twice when it came to being the World Heavyweight Champion and that Street Fight with the title on the line and the beer bottle shot from Storm to win would have been the perfect end to a phenomenal 11 month feud.

The point is though Aries was still in his rookie year since his return and it became painfully obvious he was getting the World title when they decided to strip him of the X Division Championship rather than a run a Champion vs. Champion match. I just feel it came far too early for him, The Pope was just as, if not more over than Aries going into his match for the World title at Lockdown 2010 against AJ and he still lost despite a good showing but he didn't deserve the title 6 months after his debut and then we see RVD get it 4 weeks after making his debut, I don't like it when that happens. Yes he was a big name but he didn't deserve to be the top guy 4 weeks after debuting with the company. That's another story though, my point is there are obviously stars that deserve it a lot more than others who have been there a lot longer but for some reason have been jumped over in the process. Christopher Daniels could easily carry TNA as it's Champion in a heel role.
