have you tried to draw a similar one with paint tool? If not try the solid rectangle box and make a checkered pattern that should do it

It should be fairly easy to make actually. Get a screen and try to paint tool something, also, get some other samoan tatoos, you can fill space you can't recognize with these.

Yea, I just used a couple Pre made designs, I started with a Sleeve design than just blended/ added on ..can barely notice unless you zoom in extra close...
