David Schwarz, Spike TVs senior VP/communications, says Austin Aries will be disciplined for the incident involving Aries and Christy Hemme on last Thursdays Impact. Just as significant, Schwarz unhesitatingly described what happened as sexual harassment. We have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment, Schwarz said. We discussed [the incident] with our partner. [Aries is] being disciplined. Im trying to get more information on what action is being taken. Dixie Carter took this very personally. He will be disciplined. Again, we have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Im not sure specifically how [the discipline] will be handled. To what extent, I dont know. This is certainly something we dont condone and dont tolerate. Such behavior is not welcome. It was suggested that, since Hemme was harassed on national TV, Aries discipline should be made public. Schwarz responded: I think that a statement of some sort will be coming. Thats being worked out. But immediate action will be taken.

Apparantely Christy Hemme was extremely upset by that and I don't blame her, everyone makes mistakes and Austin Aries was way out of line for doing that, I'm surprised Storm or Roode didn't step in to be honest.

As stupid and confusing as the botch was, nobody deserves to be humilated like that on TV. Austin Aries needs to be punished in some way for what he did there.

Hell, it was more comedy based in my eyes. Don't get too picky. Yeah, we know that Aries has big ego but he doesn't deserve any punish right now.

I understand where Christy's coming from by saying it's rude but I thought it was funny myself. It's the way Aries portrays his character.

Meh. Wasn't anything bad. Its not like he forced his d*&k down her throat. Barely even touched her. He's a heel.

Wait what?.. He just made her announce them under the right names and stood on the turnbuckles with his crotch in her face..  There was no harassment what so ever, he didn't demand her to suck it or anything even close to warrant a sexual harassment claim.  Oye vay

This is why Aries is the best thing going in TNA... he's entertaining as hell.

Pisses me off that people crave for more edgier wrestling TV like it was back in the Attitude Era, but then when something like this happens they fly off the handle...
