Abismo Negro CAS

Someone wants me to make late AAA star Abismo Negro for them. Mask is a nightmare for me to do, and the only thing they have for him is the face paint he wears under his mask. If anyone could create him for PS3 servers, I would appreciate that. Here are some pictures for reference:
