I think he is in the preset movesets, maybe you should take a look on that.

The thing about preset movesets is that moves are repeated in chain grapple and some moves are default moves. Ex: in running strikes there is a clothesline for the first strike but shoulder block 1 is the 2nd move he doesn't do that move.
