What get's your temperature boiling when playing online?

Well first off sorry everyone I guess I'm not as hardcore as the rest of you

I guess that was aimed at me so I'll put it in a way so you can understand. You CAN have
scripted like matches online...because I've had them. Does that mean we're telling eachother
what to do and when to do it? NO. Its more of a match/wrestling psychology. If your a
wrestler, and you just do random things that are completely out of sync with the match..then
you'd get fired. Just like online, If you do a bunch of non sense just to get the upper hand,
expect your opponent to do the same..thus ending up in a lame-ass match. Its just the way
most ppl like to play....or should I say very few since thats how many ppl online actually
play that way.
I have an original caw too, and I play like I would if I were to be a wrestler.....I
"wrestle". I treat the match as if it were a wrestling match. I go through my entire moveset
and dont even look to win..just to put on a show, but thats just how "I" play. If you or
anybody else doesnt then all the power to you, I cant change that. You can ask anybody that
has ever played me or with me in 2010...I dont even have a mic so it'd be impossible to
actually tell a person what i want them to do throught the match. But I dont have a problem
with the way YOU play or ppl that play your way, because ultimately I only play ppl I know
can work a match, even if they aren't my friends. Even me and the topic starter were
starngers at 1 point, but still carried out a realistic match without knowing eachother. And
if I do happen to play someone that doesnt play like me, I'll just do my best to keep playing
how I play...or just leave and find somebody else that has a common sense for working
matches.
But I guess thats what seperate the majority from the minority online.*~

I wasn't aiming anything and anyone I was just talking in general and commenting on something
you said if I was speaking to you directly I would have use the quotes option. I also don't
have a mic either I would probably like to get one at some point but haven't for a couple of
reasons. and you can "wrestle" all you want and you could be the greatest wrestler but we're
not all Kurt Angle y'know, some of us have a little more Edge and Undertaker in them.
and by the way you talk you treat it a little too seriously and almost treat it like your playing a RPG where you actually have to get into the role of the character and think and act like the character and if people don't do that they are worth your time so you just leave cause you can't be bothered cause its not how you want it. Thats what I mean when I said people are expecting a little to much.

I just hate Retards, all those Kids who play videogames. You beat them 2000% fair and they send you insult messages using their Kiddy Gangsta language (Khali can spell better than them), and I FN hate people who say "Im 100% Fair" & When you play them they bombard you with 2344 Strikes, 7654 Spear, and they run like they have a rat in the A$$. Desperate people shouldn't play videogames, and, honestly, I laugh at people who say they use an "aggressive style" because in the 99 % of cases it means Desperate, from my experience.

yes I agree I hate that also, I have gotten a few insult messages and even death threats
some guy didn't like loosing to me so he sent me messages in graphic detail about how he was going to find me come to my house kill me and then rape my dead body. I laughed it off but he was the first and only person I blocked from contacting me so far.
and well sorry, that I'm aggressive I'll try to tone down my passion and violent intensity.

Then what would be the problem in playing like that wrestler? That is all I care about. I dont care about getting a W, I dont break submissions before my opponent fills the meter just to keep the upper hand, I dont wait in strong grapples just to avoid being reversed, I dont stare at my opponent for like 5 seconds in any situation before I do a move, I dont care what Superstar you use, even if its an original caw (except for maxed out caws because I personally hate them). All I care about Is having a match where everyone in it is playing like their real life counter-part without prolonging the match itself.

I beleive its more fun to have matches full of reversals rather than to "run-up get done-up" your opponent, or stall every moment of the match. Its like people can not be competitive without doing those things. If thats asking too much then I guess Wrestling gaming is dead. And yes, I do treat the wrestling games as RPG's because thats what wrestling is...your playing your role from match start to match end. If ppl have fun treating it like Street Fighter and Dead or Alive then by all means play that way...just dont play "me".

Im 1 of very VERY few that play like that, and I'll continue to, because its fun. And in a way Im happy its only a few.*~

I clicked on those links naughty & they were quite interesting & a good read. But just to rectify, I never once said that anyone else's playing style is wrong. It's all about personal preference, am I allowed to have that? If you go to a restaurant & the waiters/ waitresses were rude & the food wasn't up to par according to your tastes, I'd like to think you wouldn't step foot in that restaurant ever again. What's the difference between that & what's going on here? Only difference is you'd "probably" more than likely recommend to others not to visit that establishment. I'm not here telling everyone..hey, don't mess with naughtygirl she's an "unfair noob" as you put it in the other thread here. I don't label people "cheap" or "noob" because it's all opinionated. Bottom line is if I don't enjoy someones style of play then why will I continue playing them? It wouldn't make a hell of a lot of sense. I'd never try & force my opinions & ideals on anyone for the simple fact that I understand the world is made up of many different types of people. & if I offended you in anyway by deleting you off my friend list then I apologize for that. That is what Xbox Live & Playstation Network is for, to discover & befriend people who have common interests.. But hey all I'll say is you do your thing & I'll do mine, I'll be whatever you want

I have no affect on what or how you play. I don't care about winning either but I do play
to win becasue that is how I was taught to play. If I don't win then I don't there is nothing I can do about it but some ppl online get pissed off then they lose some guy the other night keep sending me messages wanting me to join this 1on1 becasue I made him tap in a battle royal and I told him I'm not going to join so you can noob me and prove how skillful and/or how much of a man you are by beating a girl.
and well that all fine and good but you do care becasue me caw is that exception
so you wouldn't have a match with me anyway and besides your on xbox so you don't have
to worry about my maxed out caw anyway and even though I'm always happy to see other
female players I wouldn't want to play with you to begin with.
and I play as my real life counter-part cause my character is baised on myself

Well that's great all the power to you but a match full of reversals is not
that fun if all your doing is reversing becasue to me that prolongs the match
if you are doing noting but reversals you are going to have to hit someone at
some point in the match. I do use reversals I don't like the 1 button thing
but I do use them but I'm not going to base my entire match or strategy on
reversing every thing move but you can do what ever you please.
it might be dead for you but as the point I keep pushing is were not all you.
Well like I said when you are saying stuff like you have to get behind the
psychology of the game and I'm not going to treat it like a RPG like something
like Final Fantasy because like it or not and I don't care what everyone else
says but it is a fighting game when you do "fight" an opponent its not a
straightforward say tournament style fighter like something such as
Street Fighter and Dead or Alive but it still a fighter like it or not.
also I said it before I wouldn't play you anyway and yes you go ahead
and do what ever you want I told you I wasn't stopping you or getting in
your way.

A few things annoy me.

Actually online, it annoys me when people change WWE Superstars movesets so they have the most high damage moves like f5 and the trick you by putting it on someone like Orton. Then, they BRAG about winning. That's so annoying. I'm still new to online so I don't see the point.

Lag annoys me also. I was planning on playing at night but i coudn't get into a match for half an hour so I gave up.


CAWS Online; Like I've said, Gangstas. They piss me off. In amost every game I play someone will have a gangsta CAW. I hae nothing against clans because i can tolerate that. That's just fun, but Gangstas online? That's stupid.

Tats. They aren't all black IRL so why online? Mess around with the shade bar and the transparentsy bar.

People who have really long entrances. I skip mine because I wanna play the match.

I havent touched ranked on this game yet, havent played a single ranked match because I know how it is and it'll always be that way. What confuses me is why ppl that play ranked come over to player matches, and do the same things....as if they get anything for a WIN. Then they bring up Their record as if its suppose to mean something to you, and if you beat them they never leaveyou alone lol. Thats what I use to do in 09, join all the High Ranked ppls matches and beat them. I think I stopped when I got to 136-33.

1. All I asked was a simple question.
I believe that question was justified becasue I didn't see this thread before the match that took place and this thread seemed to "appear" after that match and seemed to in a way to reference the match we had. Maybe if you worded things differently and said "their" instead
of "his/her" I don't know. I seen similarities so I questioned it, that is all

2. I never said at any point you called me anything.

3. Just becasue a link is posted, does not mean it was directed at you or any other individual person. It was posted for the information of the general public.

I personally leave enterances on I like mine and its pretty quick, but the main reasons I leave them on is I like to see other peoples stuff too and while they are running
it gives me a chance to shoot out some quick messages before the match starts.

I find waiting for people to join kills it, I blame it mostly on the stupid gender thing
in 09 I find I never have to wait hardly ever. In 2010 guys don't want to play as girls
so I'm left waiting at times.

as for ranked matches it depends on 09 I was doing very good when I started play online
I quickly racked up 100+ wins (with out any headbutts, backroll, ect) then everyone
started freezing me and I couldn't do a match to save my life becasue as soon as it started
I would get frozen so I stopped doing ranked, I rarely do it now and just do player ones

On 2010 I'm doing ranked there and closing in on 100+ wins mainly being that ppl just pick the regular pre-existing Diva and I just tear through them, there has only been not even a handful of people to really challenge me. Most of my losses (i'd say 6 out of the 10) came from the stupid Mix Tag option (which I now only do in Player Matches) where the opposing Diva would get hit by my partner on purpose.

Thats what I did too!

I stopped I think at 153 for wins? I'm not sure I think that is what it was as for losses you can't win them all but my losses are in the hundreds also becasue of ppl freezing me and running off in to the crowd and do all that foolishness.
