Decoding request

I found a very nice King CAW for the PS2 on CAWS.ws, and I really like King's attire so I thought I would use the attire he used on the King CAW for my CAW, but there is just one problem. I don't understand what he wrote about the colours. Could someone help me decode this so I can use it?

UPPER BODY

Arms/Wrists - Left - 17 color= -13,-23,-23,100

Hands - 12 color= 76,-19,11

Trunks/UW - 5
Wrestling Tights - 5, color=-48,-11.96,100,100
Trunks/UW - 4 Color = -39,58,-23,100, Logo 55 ,yellow, drag to center
Knee Pads - 5 , color= 76,-19,11,100
Boots - 2, color= 73,-3,53

never even heard of tekken king.

pretty easy:

Elbows -4 color= 76,-19,11,100


first number(76) is X
second number(-19) is Y
third number(11) is shade
fourth number(100) is transperency

not sure about the -4 color though

There is no negative numbers in SVR 2011, nor is there transparency. That was why I needed it decoded.

That's probably a 2010 caw that the guy posted in 2011 by mistake/by trolling.

Yep. You can pretty much tell that is a caw from the last series or excuse me game.

I just thought the PS2 version was different. Well, dammit.

Transparency is in. In UK anyway.
