Injury Update on TNA’s Davey Richards, News on Attendance for TNA’s Recent UK Tour, Matt Hardy Endorses TNA Star

– According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Davey Richards suffered a serious ACL injury on the TNA UK tour. While the exact details have not been revealed, it appears that Richards will be out of action for “a significant length of time”. The Wolves had recently signed their guaranteed deal with TNA, which is good news for Richards as far as pay goes. TNA will have to delay the Beer Money vs. Wolves program they had planned, and also decide on how to use Eddie Edwards moving forward.

According to The Wrestling Observer, while attendance information is not yet known for the events in London, TNA drew 3,000 fans for the January 29th Impact Wrestling tapings in Manchester, England, but there were only about 1,500 fans left in the arena for the second set of tapings that night. The company drew 4,000 fans for the January 31st tapings in Birmingham.
