for the life of me I cant seem to figure out how to give a wrestler im trying to create hair

Can someone advise

Attire>Appearance>Hair and Facial Parts.

 

I don't know WHY Hair and Facial parts are under the Attire section (maybe to indicate that hair and facial hair can be safely updated with a second attire without ruining the first) but that's the case this year...

I had a hard time figuring out where the hooded clothing was this year. They didn't need to change that shit around.
