Universe Mode Stats IssueWhat the heck is happening?

Okay, so I created my own championships for Universe Mode (Because the stats will take bloody forever to show up with the WWE title) 

I assigned champions first then have them lose the title in their first match as champion because it doesn't show that stat that they're the champion if they are the first champion but there are some things I'm confused about so hopefully someone can explain this.

I assigned a Women's title of my design to Layla so she can drop it to my CAW who would be the first champion, but when Layla lost the title the stats showed that she had won the title. Yet I had PTP hold the Tag Titles for 8 weeks before losing them to HBK and Nash, and the PTP champ stat didn't show up, only the weeks held showed up. So I did a second match where PTP won the titles back in the same show and the stat shows that they only won the championship once, yet I allocated the titles back to HBK and Nash (No match just switched the champions) then the game was saying that they were 2x champions.

I'm super confused and annoyed with this, could someone please explain this to me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
