Issues with image uploader

Hey guys! New member here-

I am having issues with image uploaded on my iPhone. I follow all the prompts and log into my Microsoft account I order to submit logos but when it directs me back to the page to do so it does not completely load. Any way to fix this?

what kind of  phone  do  you happen to have?  and is  it  updated to  current  firmware   because I know  some  Android  devices   were having same issue and once  that was  updated  the site  seemed to fix  itself.  I myself  have  a Tablet  that runs on Droid and had to update that   to use it  mobile  wise  in conjunction  with the website  so I can upload  photos, textures, etc etc just fine now if away from pc.  Secondly  I'd  suggest  hitting up  2K  themselves and see if they have a solution or if such bug has been reported to them for  testing / fix

I have an iPhone and it's up to date.

Also, I have reached out to 2K multiple times with no response and me uploading logos is a BIG part of me enjoying playing the game and I'm just not able to do it :/
