Having problems adding my face to WWE 2K19. Need help, please.

I need some help adding my face to WWE 2K19, please. I finally found the correct website through Google. When I go to the website, I do exactly what I've done in previous games, but then it shows up as a broken link on the website. I read somewhere that that does happen, but that the face photo will still show up in the game. It doesn't show up for me. I've had no problem doing in previous games. Am I missing something?

What console are you playing the game on and do you know anyone else on the same system having the same problem? Have you looked up other sites? There could be a glitch or there's a problem with uploading the image based on the instructions. Let me know if you find out anything meanwhile and I'll update this post if I find out something related to this issue.

Sorry for the delayed response.  I haven't been online much lately.  I'm playing the game on PS4.  I've read threads on a few other sites about the game and several people are complaining about the same thing.  I got it figured out now though.  The problem I'm having now is that I have two 2K accounts and two PSN accounts.  When I go to the 2K19 upload site, it won't let me login to my second PSN account so I can upload items to it.
