We need TNA for the good of competition. No matter the size.

I agree.  TNA has all the pieces right now to be competition from the talents all the way to the matches and in-ring action that visually stands out as different from WWE.  People can be themselves more in TNA than in WWE, which talents have said over and over in various interviews.  Dixie Carter is the biggest obstacle for TNA's future as I see it.....

We'll still have Ring Of Honor and NJPW for competition, and if TNA sinks that's where some of the talent will be.

Until GFW launches, it's a concept. It does look very promising though.

Money wise, not even close. Wrestling wise, superior by miles.

New Japan is actually the second biggest wrestling company in the world today, plus they don't mess up in their product which is exactly where TNA go wrong. At least then we'd have nonstop competition that isn't at times unbearable.

If GFW can utilize wrestling as their main concept and still manage to encorporate elements of entertainment with social media awareness, then I think they could succeed.  Imagine if TNA went under and Jarrett bought the rights to the TNA tape library and the talent's contracts, that would be a major grab and help expand their roster.

While Bully Ray did not re-sign a new contract with TNA Wrestling, according to a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that doesn’t mean we’ve seen the last of him on Impact Wrestling.

Bully is in the midst of a “Best Of” series with The Wolves and the Hardyz over the TNA World Tag Team Championships, not to mention that he and Devon are scheduled to be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame at this year’s Bound for Glory PPV.

The current feeling is that Bully will be at the next set of Impact Wrestling tapings to continue the series, but at this point it’s unknown if he’s looking to sign a new deal, or just working with the company on a per-appearance basis until Bound for Glory. Dave Meltzer noted that his old deal wasn’t at the level of Hulk Hogan or AJ Styles, so it could be that he’s just trying to position himself for more money, as he’s currently the best agent the company has working backstage, a locker room leader, and has become a major main event player in the last few years.
