It has been confirmed that Jay Lethal has parted ways with TNA Wrestling. His profile was removed from the organization’s website Wednesday night.

Details regarding his departure have yet to be disclosed.

Lethal’s departure surprised some people within TNA. One company source who was on hand for this week’s television tapings was not aware Lethal was leaving the company.

Lethal worked Tuesday’s iMPACT! television taping after competing in the X Division Ultimate Xscape Match at TNA Lockdown.

Lethal has been sparingly featured since dropping the X Division Championship to Kazarian in January at TNA Genesis.

:wub: :D :D

Ok this guy had huge potential.
I seen him in the ring and he was great and his mic skills were good too.
I don't know why the dumbasses at TNA are releasing him.
We haven't seen him much on TV in 2011 but he had an awesome 2010 and was certainly becoming one of my favorite TNA wrestlers.

SIGN HIM UP VINCE! ::D

This right here is the funniest thing I have ever seen in TNA (No, Not Jeff Hardy)
But Ric Flair and Jay Lethal's legendary promo. Lethal does an EPIC Flair impression! Had me rolling in laughter!! :D :wub:

That segment on iMPACT! was the funniest sh*t I've seen in a while. Thanks for posting it TheBoy! I still remember TNA being that much more entertaining with Jay Lethal around. TNA dropped the ball w/Jay, let's hope that WWE has interest in signing him! :wub:

IMO Lethal was always mediocre. all he had going was the fact that he could imitate other wrestlers. when he quit that. there was nothing interesting about him anymore

I've always thought he was the blandest piece of shit around. After a while I thought he was atleast decent.

I don't know. He was good and was great with "Black Machismo" gimmick. After that gimmick was dropped, all interested of the whole character was gone. Of course imitation of Flair was pretty darn good.

But he was good wrestler and I hope he will go to indys. And btw guys, he was 6-time X-Division champion. :wub:
