TNA star Jeff Hardy was scheduled to appear in a Moore County, North Carolina court on Wednesday morning, but once again, the case was continued to a later date.
This time, the reason for the continuance was that the district attorney’s office is still waiting for evidence to come back from the state bureau of investigation.
Hardy is facing multiple drug charges, including felony trafficking, stemming from his September 2009 arrest.

I'm a Jeff Hardy fan, but when will stop to continued in anothere date. Now is borring. TNA can't help Jeff Hardy to escape from this, and I think thats the case why he continued at anothere date. Honestly WWE does the right think, when they fire him.

The Jeff v Punk storyline was one of my fave ever.
They had awesome chemistry in the ring and put on amazing matches (See SummerSlam 09 TLC)
It was kinda weird though because the kids were cheering the druggy and booing the guy who were telling them to stay off drugs lol
