You're missing the white outline to the singlet. The tattoos that he have isn't pitch black a little bit transparent (x:15,y:149,shade:80). Also in his tattoo he have a shoulder tattoo and a arm tattoo kinda like the rock but Clays tattoo isn't in like a circle shape. You don't need to have paint tool to do this but it will help. The caw looks pretty decent, the morphing (IMO) is pretty spot on.

It's not that bad. I'd edit the face and proportion the body correctly.
