Create a title match at a ppv?

Sorry, I'm still a noob when it come to the game.

 

How can I setup a title match for a vacant title at a ppv?

The same way you set up any other title match. Click title match, and select your opponents to wrestle for it. If you're setting up for a title that's not 'officially' on one of your shows, it won't keep track of the contenders or anything like that.
