Why is there a door in Steel Cage matches? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a Cage match altogether seeing as they could walk out anytime?

FOR THE DRAMA!!!!
I just don't think it should be an option. Just doesn't work if you got both guys fighting for 15 minutes, one guy hits their finisher and walks out the door. It's stupid imo.

It's the story of the match though plus don't they make the point to lock the door?

I signed up and was greeted to probably the saddest state of affairs in forum history.

Regarding what exactly?

The laughable story of a couple breaking up on here, along with children, barely in their teens giving relationship advice. A racist throwing out derogatives and pejoratives.

Oh yeah. Forgot that they locked the door. I guess that makes sense.

Why do I have a feeling Michael is Fozy?

It's a weird rule that seems to be WWE specific, well the refs opening the door for the wrestlers when they get near it rule. I imagine it's due to the size of WWE wrestlers as a whole, they're much bigger and can't be expected to always use the climbing over the cage route of winning.
