The WEDF Rasslemania Pre-Show is finally here! Three Legends look to hopefully continue their careers as Booker T, Mick Foley, and Ric Flair will actually team up for the first time ever to face the team of William Regal, Paul Burchill, and Primo, the self proclaimed underused talent, who are looking to end one of the Legend's careers for good. If one of the Legends is pinned, the Legend who is pinned must retire for good. Will the Legends fight another day or will the underused talent make their mark and retire one of the Legends?

I hope some of you will join for the Live Stream for WEDF Rasslemania!

Weaker Title Run this Year: Sheamus or Swagger?

09 October 2010 - 10:34 PM

Jack Swagger won MITB, cashed in on Chris Jericho the Smackdown after Wrestlemania, he defeated Edge and Chris Jericho in a triple threat. He then defeated Randy Orton at Extreme Rules, a red hot Randy Orton nonetheless, then he retained at Over the Limit, I believe by hitting Big Show with the title belt and winning via DQ, he eventually lost the title to Rey Mysterio at Fatal Four Way, in a fatal four way involving CM Punk, and Big Show.

Sheamus's second run is going to be counted because his first reign was IMO an even worse joke, because he had it for like 2 months, and didn't have any good defenses. Sheamus won the Championship at Fatal Four way in which the predictable Nexus interfered as Sheamus capitalized. Sheamus retained at Money in the Bank, via escape, although with Nexus AGAIN interfering. Sheamus retained at Summerslam when he argued with the referee over a chair and had a DQ. Sheamus then defeated Zack Ryder in a squash match on Raw for the title. Sheamus eventually then lost the WWE Championship to Randy Orton in a Six Pack Challenge.

Now, who's your pick of having a weaker title run. IMO, it has to be Sheamus. Although Swagger is back in the midcard hoping to use his World title past history to put over MVP and make him credible again, it has to be Sheamus. Sheamus was like JBL in a way with his title defenses, winning not cleanly. At least have one clean title defense. (A title defense against Zack Ryder doesn't count) Swagger at least beat Orton, something Sheamus couldn't do, and he also beat Edge and Jericho in a triple threat match as well. So I'm going to go with The Celtic Warrior, Sheamus.

Even though Sheamus has stayed in the main event scene longer, Swagger despite having his World title run not do anything for him, he did have better defenses IMO than Sheamus.

Edit: Accidentally somehow made two threads, if possible someone delete the other one?

CAW League section

08 October 2010 - 04:58 AM

I run a video game wrestling league, which is kinda like a caw league, very similar to FaM in a way in which I use storylines and such, and I was wondering why there wasn't a section for caw leagues? There are many types of leagues as well, that are run on different games and such as well. So maybe we could use a create a wrestler league section or something?
