Scott Steiner Reveals Why He Confronted Hulk Hogan’s Wife

08 April 2015 - 10:26 PM

Scott Steiner is calling BS on Hulk Hogan -- claiming he never threatened to kill the guy before WrestleMania ... and says Hulk's just acting like a scared little bitch.

We broke the story ... Steiner is under investigation over a March 26th encounter with Hulk's wife Jennifer -- when she claims Steiner grabbed her at the San Jose airport and told her he was going to kill Hogan. Jennifer and Hulk filed a report with police the next day.

"I'm not going to dignify [Hogan's] lies," Steiner said ... "I didn't put my hands on her."

Steiner says he did approach Jennifer that day -- but only to talk some serious smack about Hulk introducing "Macho Man" Randy Savage at his WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

"I told her Hulk introducing 'Macho Man' into the Hall of Fame is bullsh*t ... He hated him. Everyone knew that."

Steiner says there were cops nearby during the airport incident -- "So if she felt her life was threatened, why didn't she talk to the cops?"

As far as the investigation goes, Steiner says he has NOT yet been contacted by police.

He did have one final thought -- "It's not my fault Hulk Hogan is afraid of me."

Michael Cole Storyline Updates, Uhaa Nation And Rookies Start At Performance Center, Celebrity At WWE SummerSlam?

07 April 2015 - 12:59 AM

- There's speculation that we may see Michael Cole in a neck brace or something similar on tonight's RAW to sell last week's F5 from Brock Lesnar since he's being brought back already. It also looks like we'll see Cole threatening legal action tonight. WWE wrote the following teaser:

"While The Beast Incarnate has already been suspended indefinitely by Stephanie McMahon, reports are surfacing that Cole is threatening legal action against the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion. As a result, one has to wonder whether there will be additional fallout over the incident? Will The Authority chose, for instance, to take Paul Heyman to task for any instigation that he may have caused as Brock's advocate? Will extra precautions be taken to assure that this type of carnage will does not happen again? Or, will it just be about getting back on track, with Extreme Rules only weeks away?"

- Several new NXT talents began working at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando today, including top indie star Uhaa Nation. PWInsider reports that most of the rookies are international talents with no previous pro wrestling experience.

- The New York Post reports that Maria  Menounos is trying to have a baby, and may already be pregnant, but could still make an appearance at WWE's SummerSlam pay-per-view in August.

Big Update On Batista At WrestleMania 32

07 April 2015 - 12:04 AM

While anything is possible, it’s unlikely Batista will be making a return to WWE for next year’s WrestleMania. Marvel is expected to begin filming their Guardians of the Galaxy sequel in February 2016 at the studio’s new unofficial official base in Atlanta.

Other stars, in particular Dwayne Johnson, have made WrestleMania appearances in the past despite hectic movie schedules, but there’s almost no chance of “The Animal” showing up for episodes of RAW to promote any kind of match. The location does make things slightly easier if WWE were interested in bringing Dave in for a one-time appearance at WrestleMania – and as we’ve reported it will be an “all hands on deck” event to break the all-time attendance record – as the first Guardians film was shot in London.

Following his somewhat controversial return and Royal Rumble win in 2014, 46-year-old Batista has mentioned he would like one more short run in WWE at some point, and has targeted a match with Triple H at WrestleMania to wrap up his in-ring career. The match is fitting, as it was “The Game” that took him out of obscurity with Evolution, and who passed the torch (in the form of the World Heavyweight Championship) to Batista in the main event of WrestleMania 21.
