In Topic: Disappointment about the DLC

01 October 2017 - 05:40 PM

Drew McIntyre and Aleister Black are just about worth it in itself for me, but I really wanted to see Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne in the game. I'm sad about Almas too, but I guess that was his choice. Overall, it's a damn good roster all things considered. I'm mostly just sad about the lack of UK guys.

In Topic: WWE2K18 Officially Confirmed To Release Fall 2017

01 June 2017 - 07:42 PM

Bobby Roode is definitely at the top of my list of new roster additions for 2K18! I'm also excited about the 205 Live guys being in (at least they should be in).

It always seems the game is already outdated at release, but last year was by far the worst in quite some time with all the Brand Split stuff happening last summer. That really hurt the game for me, and in addition to it not feeling much different than 2K16, I played the most recent game less than I have played a WWE game in years.

After mostly skipping out on 2K17, I plan on jumping back into 2K18 when it's released. Hopefully it will feel like a fresh game to me.

In Topic: Which is your favorite WWE 2K17 DLC Pack? Vote!

Future Stars pack for sure! I think it's pretty cool to see the Von Erichs in as I grew up watching them locally, but it'll be fun using Aries, The Club, etc. Those are pleasant surpries, while Mojo and Dillinger should've been on the main roster regardless.

In Topic: WWE 2K17 MyCareer Mode Reveal Trailer: Be A Paul Heyman Guy!

Admittedly, I've played VERY little of career mode the past couple years. It's my main goal this year to play quite a bit of career mode, so it'll all pretty much be new to me. I'm pretty excited to go through it, and the Heyman/Lesnar stuff sounds pretty cool as well. I'll probably do one where I choose the NXT method, and I'll probably choose one where I side with Heyman. The more Heyman involvement, the better. I know that much!

In Topic: New 2KDev Video featuring Tables Improvements in WWE 2K17

It definitely looks like the devs have passed on doing a crazy new mode this year and have focused on improving a lot of areas with little changes here and there. So far, I've enjoyed all the changes we've seen. My son loves table matches, so he'll enjoy these changes as well!
