Late to the party, but it's Shawn Michaels.

In ring yes I would have to agree with you. No one has ever out performed shawn michaels (whether he won or lost) in a big match situation.

However as the overall best of all time I would still have to give it to flair

You guy's are forgetting about Ric Flair. He carried the NWA for a Decade. And created more stars by putting them over than anybody else on that list besides maybe Randy Savage (and Savage was never THE guy in a Company)

Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, Hogan and Flair are the only guys in the list that were the Franchise players in their respective Companies.

Bret was the guy for like 6 months and Shawn was there for about a year weren't on top too long. Austin had a good run but was really THE guy for only like 4 years. No doubt Hogan was THE man in WWF from 85 till 92 when people got sick of him. He went to WCW and they tried to build the roster around him and failed coz people "down south were more into Vader, Flair and Sting. then the NWO angle came about and ruined WCW in the Long run.

This brings me to Ric Flair. He carried the NWA (WCW) from 81-91

And Flair made superstars out of Ricky Steamboat, Sting, Lex Luger.

He went to the WWF (as a heel) and got the Loudest pop of night when he won the Royal Rumble and the WWF title in 1992 while Hogan got booed out the building. And what does he do?? He puts Savage over at WM wins the Title back and Puts Bret Hart over giving him his first World Title there by "making" Another Star.

Flair was the first guy that people didn't care that he was a Heel they cheered him anyways.

So thats why my vote goes to Ric Flair because he was THE MAN longer than anybody.

Rules + Ric Flair (this won't end well) hahahahaha

as long as i can do the begging off taunt and the flop and get thrown off the top rope i will be happy...if i get a spot i reckon i will just cause havoc in the Role Play section most of the time. Elbow dropping my jacket talking about space mountain and about being the real 60 minute man...

Great stuff. Do we call the match while playing or do we just wing it within the rules?
