Modes of Play
Circuit Mode
This is a familiar mode to those who have played the classic games in the series. Here, you face off against the entire roster as you work your way to the World Championship. The points system is present here also with Pins, Subs, and KOs all awarding you 5 points, whilst DQs and Countouts award you 4. To qualify, you need to have enough points, otherwise you'll have to restart the match. You are able to complete this mode with the full roster, and doing so will unlock the Title Match in the Exhibition mode. However, for that, you will need two memory cards, both with save data on it in order to play Title Matches in Exhibition.
Exhibition
Here, you can play as many matches as you like, with the Player Input, Pinfall, Time Limit & Rounds, Win Icons, Ring Counts, Submissions, and Difficulty all being customisable.
Belt History
When a wrestler completes Circuit mode, he is awarded a unique championship belt, and you can see them here. This mode acts as a save and load for Circuit Mode. To unlock Randori & Musashi, you have to complete Circuit Mode with all 10 starting wrestlers, then after the credits have finished rolling, enter this mode to see the ten titles you've won and then exit the mode.
