Wait, so in one video it has a clip on how you can edit the Limb-Targeting grapples and in this video Williams says you can't? Clarification would be nice. NEVERMIND, confused the hell out of me.

So we can remove the gut kick in TIP this year.. or can we simply replace it like last year -_- and the year before that.. and the year before that.

Too bad we can't have separate catching finishers compared to the regular finishers, but what the heck. Doesn't bother me that much.

Notes from WWE '13 Developer Q&A #3 with Bryan Williams & Aubrey Sitterson:

Animations

-- Daniel Bryan's new moves this year are: running dropkick (to groggy opponent against turnbuckle), a new "hatch suplex", rapid kicks (to groggy opponent against turnbuckle), and guillotine choke submission finisher.

-- You can edit Kofi Kingston's 'Trouble in Paradise' finisher move via CAF (create-a-finisher) by removing the gut kick before the move.

-- You can use created finishers (now called special moves) as signatures. Many of you may already know this by now, still this was noted here. A new 'Boom Drop' was made for Kofi Kingston. The gut kick animation in Kofi's finisher 'Trouble in Paradise' still hasn't been removed.

-- No moves have been taken out. Aproximately 300 new moves have been added this year--that includes comebacks, grapples, taunts, strikes, etc. Approximately 75-80 moves have been reanimated this year.

-- THQ uses moves for superstars (credited to their history) based on current WWE programming (as well as outside WWE) and what they have used on the past (i.e. Daniel Bryan used 'Cattle Mutiliation' long ago).

-- Editing existing moves isn't difficult, it's time consuming more than anything. From making new moves, time may be used to tweak existing moves, or vice versa, depending on how much tweaking is needed. Less time is made making moves than adjusting and tweaking moves, (older data) which is more time consuming and challenging.

-- 'The Mandible Claw' is not a breaking point submission move this year. However, 'The Romero Special' is a breaking point submission hold.

-- Essentially, to make a breaking point submission hold, (time and money involved to mocap moves) it takes three grapple moves. This is why when creating new submissions and breaking point submissions they have to weigh move costs. New submission moves added: 'Collossal Clutch' and 'Lasso From El Passo'. Including DLC submission holds like 'Kimura Lock', 'Fujiwara Armbar', and 'Pin-up Strong' were added.

-- Schoolboy pin, rollup pin, and backslide pin are back in WWE '13. These "leverage pins" are used as offensive moves while your opponent is in a groggy state (move the right stick down) and there is a prompt message that will indicate when you are able to use it. There are 4-5 new added animations for these pinning situations. You can customize your moveset with a leverage pin of your choice. Only players with a "leverage pin" manuevers will be able to trade-off back-and-forth with each other via pin attempts.

-- Leverage pin has been added to your ability to customize movesets. New grapple slots have been added for chain grapples and groggy grapples. A new fifth grapple has been added to groggy grapple set (using the A button w/out left analog stick). A newly added groggy position on the second rope has been added for performing more moves.

-- Limb targeting moves can be set for created movesets this year. Limb targeting, (also grounded submissions) and all chain grapples (with groggy standing grapples) equal 8 new moves that can be added.

-- No new added positions in CAF (create-a-finisher) this year. There are new moves added to custom special moves (i.e. the 'Package Piledriver' has been added, you build this move yourself).

-- You have two finisher slots, whichever move you have designated for the first finisher slot--this becomes your "catching finisher". By the way, if you wanted two different finishers, (which wouldn't interfere with each other to be a "catching finisher") you can have a Code Breaker for your first slot AND use an RKO for your second finisher slot.

-- Brian William's favorite new moves added this year are: 'Inverted Frankensteiner', 'Top Rope Brainbuster' (apart of DLC move pack), a 'Running Leg Drop', 'Kimura Clutch', and 'Brock Lock'.

Guys, he probably just means you can create the TIP in CAF, just like we were able to for the past couple years. Though I'm pretty sure they made B Williams say that the Boom Drop needed more attention than the TIP...because that is obviously BS. The New one looks worse than the old one, while the old one looks perfect and nobody ever complained about it.

There are taunts you can use instead offline a move as the first motion... I've seen takers wake up triple h's dx chop and a "come on"taunt that can be used and then do the tip
