Concludes it's all a work to get TNA attention now, they make Aries the bad guy aka bully and now they are going to try and one up WWE's Be A Star campaign but "punishing" Aries.

Something that is VERY interesting and I overlooked they tape episodes, but yet this wasn't reshot after Hemme botches.

This why Aries is the best thing going in TNA... he's entertaining as hell.

Pisses me off that people crave for more edgier wrestling TV like it was back in the Attitude Era, but then when something like this happens they fly off the handle...

I wouldn't have had a problem with it if it was in the script because she'd have been ready for it. Don't get me wrong I love Aries and feel he makes an amazing heel but that was out of line here. Christy obviously felt humilated and was extremely upset judging by her recent Tweets, she should have low blowed him as hard as she could or something. She's human, she is going to make mistakes just like everyone else including Asutin Aries.

This. Paul Heyman also said it perfectly couple months ago on Raw.

Here's an update on this story from ProWrestling.net

Source: Prowrestling.net

As previously reported, Christy Hemme tweeted that Austin Aries was "unacceptable" when he backed her into a corner, climbed to the second rope and putt his groin in front of her face during iMPACT! after Hemme incorrectly introduced Bad Influence for their match. Aries had made reference to the tweet on his own account, noting:

"Pretty nuts, some of the junk people get the balls to say over the net, knowing they couldn't to your face...Eh, anyway, time to sack out."

When asked whether Hemme was legitimately bothered by the incident, someone within TNA said, "Of course, she was. How would you react? It's one thing if that was set up as a work earlier in the day, and even then our girls would have to reassure our agents over and over again that they would be okay with that spot before it got approved for television." The source added the opinion that Hemme was "technically sexually harassed."

Definition of "harass":

"To irritate or torment persistently"

Aries stuck his crotch in her face... not too sure how that can be described as "persistent" irritation or tormenting...

See nothing wrong with it at all. I think that discussion Dixie had with Stephanie McMahon got her thinking PG...

Aries did a typical heel move, get over it people.

That was funny ! lol

Why after all the time being announcer and hear Aries' Ragging About The Region over and over again , she gets it wrong and don't fix the mistake until 30 seconds later , because Aries insisted ? Well that's not the case .

Austin Aries is a heel who thinks he's The Greatest Man That Ever Lived and he show a rebel attitude most of the time . He just tried to improvise and follow his character , and I think to make some laughs between fans I think . What happens in the ring is fake , meaning , as example that Aces & Eights don't take everyone appart with a hammer ... It's that what they should think and not give that huge importance , as it was the in ring guy , not the outside person , as real life Jay Briscoe's homophobic comments . I think as it should be made . He shouldn't be punished by that , and I really hope he doesn't get a huge punishment for this as it wasn't real important and make apublic apologize on live TV for that is embarassing . Come on it wasn't something to be crazy about , and if Hemme disliked it , she should talked with him backstage after Impact about it and not let anything further to occur .

I think this thing has been exagerated a lot .

You dont see how holding someone in a corner with yours scrotum in your face isnt sexual harassment? Must be only offensive in my my country huh? Glad I live here were people are protected by law

That's the thing there was no holding thou, she even tapped his legged and he stepped away from her. If she felt really threatened she would have shoved him off the tb and walked out of the ring, he did not restrain her in anyway.. If he pushed her back with his legs or hands that's restraints, none of this was a forced into a place where she couldn't get out of.

It kinda makes me sick how you guys think this was ok. I understand that he's a "heel" but he shouldn't have stuck his crotch in her face.

You're in a crowded movie theater and have to take a leak, as you are passing people in your row your crotch ends up in someone's face or vice versa, you going to file a claim for sexual harassment..

Ok here's my opinion.........

I'm not saying what happened was right or wrong, but more blown out of proportion. I mean I get how Hemme feels violated but at the same time Aries didn't put his junk in her face and start slapping it in her face or grinding it in her face, truth be told Hemme could have easily escaped the corner by just simply squatting down and walking away, or as stated before.....shoving, low blowing, etc.

It's like I said on Twitter................

Yeah I understand. Being a heel is one thing but he didn't have to do that even if he is a heel.

Like I said previously, it isn't harassment because Aries hasn't done anything like this REPEATEDLY. Although I do agree it was offensive to Christy, but it was in no way "harassment" because he hasn't done it more than once.

It's wrong labeling then. As you said it's offensive. That doesn't change no matter what term you label the situation.
