HCTP moves

     Recently I saw the list of moves taken out from 2010 to 2011 and that made me wonder how many moves made survived the move genocide

These are all the moves I could find that have been in the game since HCTP.  (This isn't counting taunts,reversal animations or leverage pins. I'll have videos for those later)

As you can see some of the animations are slightly faster or have been slightly altered.  I understand why moves were taken out but it makes you wonder why they decided to keep these moves(even going as far as editing them) and kill so many others.

Looking back, I really miss those moves especially the character specific ones. They added to the movesets even if they didn't look like much like Hurricane's eye poke or Rock's trash talk slap.

They seemed to have sped up over the years or is it just me? I wish they would bring back character specific moves other than just giving a CAW like Bully/Bubba Ray for example the RKO because there's nothing else that looks like his cutter and isn't in mid-air (so no Diamond Cutter)

Some are sped up and some are slowed down, but most are edited to remove the HCTP selling. Also, I think the reason they took out most of the character specific moves was because of CAWS and current wrestlers not having specific ways of doing moves

That's true, but I still would've liked to of seen at least a few character specific moves left in. Just like they're giving Hogan in 2k14 the normal running leg drop instead of the leg drop where he jumps with his right leg first.

The Hogan leg drop is in the game, just as a running ground strike though
