Inactive wrestler cut scenes?

I've had Jericho 99 show up in not one, but two cut scenes.  One was he bought a ticket and was ring side and the other he ran into the ring and attacked another wrestler.   I would think that since they're inactive he/she wouldn't show up at all in any brand.  

 

What gives? lol

Is he actually inactive or just a free agent? The free agents tend to show up, which is why I have 0 free agents. I haven't had any inactive superstars show up yet. 

No, he is set as Inactive.  Except for the higher rated Undertaker I only use the more current wrestlers.  I put the Diva's and the wrestlers with gimmicks I don't like as Free Agents.

i do the same you do regarding the wrestlers i dont like except i also add caws that will debut in the future. Regarding inactive dudes appearing in my Universe i recently had Bret Hart interfere in a match between Jericho (current) and another dude but Bret is a RAW IS WAR roster member and on RAW i only allowed RAW superstars to compete. Looks like i will have to move all RAW IS WAR members to the inactive list so they dont interfere anymore

Haven't had the inactive guys show up...but what I have had, is guys from other brands/shows attacking guys who aren't associated with their show at all.Last night, at the end of my ECW show, Sami Zayn (who is in ROH...and a face), jumped Kevin Steen with a pipe...Who knows where this is gonna go..

weird thing... Never happened to me... try and check the rivals and allies of the inactive people
