One More Match Showcase DLC Scheduled To Release This Tuesday!

The first 2K Showcase DLC will be released very soon for WWE 2K15. Its the One More Match storyline.

The above screenshot shows Christian and Randy Orton as they battle for the World Heavyweight Championship. This storyline occurred in 2011 and was exciting. Both Orton and Christian were able to put on some incredible matches.

The One More Match 2K Showcase DLC will be available for WWE 2K15 on February 3rd, 2015. This is the first of three 2K Showcase DLC packs that will be added to the game. The DLC costs $9.99 on its own, or you can pay for the Season Pass which includes all of the 2K Showcase modes for $24.99.

The wrestlers involved in the One More Match storyline are: Randy Orton, Christian, Edge, Mark Henry and Sheamus. By buying the DLC, you will get Christian and Edge added to WWE 2K15. They were not available in the game before.

You will also get the following 2011 arenas added to WWE 2K15: Smackdown, Extreme Rules, Over the Limit, and Capitol Punishment.

The One More Match WWE 2K15 DLC will also add more commentary and of course more matches for you to play. The other 2K Showcase storylines left to be released are Hall of Pain and Path of the Warrior.

'Bout time we started seeing some of the additional Showcase Mode scenarios! I also love the fact that it adds Christian and Edge as playable characters in the process.

That Christian model looks great. Nice to see him and Edge get added to the game. They are playable outside of Showcase though, right? Glad they decided to add Smackdown from that era, surprised the game only came with 1 Smackdown arena and 3 Raw arenas.

Still not planning on purchasing this though.

Finally! Edge and Christian! And Capitol Punishment. Yes! I am beyond excited for this pack. Now, I can add Christian to my Universe as well.

Oh good, I really wanted to relive Christian getting buried. We should have gotten Cody's impressive run as the un-dashing character but no, we have to get this horrible storyline.

Played through the first two matches (Up to the point in Christian's career when I'm pretty sure that he would start whining for "ONE MORE MATCH!" in every other sentence spoken into a microphone). So far, the new Showcase Mode isn't bad (and best of all, it was prepaid in my case and unlocked Christian and Edge for IMMEDIATE use in the in-game roster upon simply downloading the new Showcase mode).

I might be a bit biased but the only showcase I'm really looking forward to is the Ultimate Warrior. Mark Henry's hall of pain showcase has caught my interest a bit as well. I really feel like his run as champion was underrated so it's nice to see 2k feature it.

Did anyone else have trouble getting the game to start after DLing this? I had to restart it multiple times because it kept locking up on the title screen.

It only really froze for me at the Title Screen the day before downloading this pack (The patch that prepared the game to receive this pack was released the day before; it froze right after installing the patch). No biggie; it allowed me to back out to the PS4 XMB screen, close the app, and go right back into the game where it proceeded to work again with all of my progress in tact (Although, as with any gamer, I had a moment of panic over my progress when the game froze up that one time).
