Pro-Pain Pro Wrestling was a Indie and Hardcore pro wrestling promotion operating in the United States, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

The PRO PAIN PRO WRESTLING promotion was founded on February 15, 2002 by The Blue Meanie & Jasmin St. Claire, and it ceased operations on June 18, 2005.

Born from the ashes of ECW, himself a competitor from said promotion, the Blue Meanie formed Pro-Pain Pro Wrestling (3PW) alongside then-girlfriend Jasmin St. Claire. During its first year, 3PW ran shows at the ECW Arena, before moving to the Electric Factory after being forced out by XPW. Wrestling legends and hardcore icons would appear during this period, also reuniting various ECW acts in the process.

From 2004 to 2005, 3PW would experience financial difficulties, unable to pay wrestlers in time for bookings, leading to the resignation of ECW alumni and co-founder Tod Gordon. After failing to find a buyer in time, 3PW held its final show on June 18, 2005.
