WWE 2K27 Roster Predictions: Superstars, Legends, and DLC Characters

WWE 2K27 has been officially announced by 2K as the next installment in the long-running series of WWE wrestling video games. The release date for WWE 2K27 has not been revealed yet, but we expect it to be in March 2027, as has been the case with the latest games in the series.

While it's still early for official confirmations, we're getting ahead of the game with an early look at the potential WWE 2K27 roster. We want to give you a preview of what could be coming in the future. We highlight the Superstars and Legends who could be featured in WWE 2K27 and keep this page updated with any future returns or debuts in WWE.

Here, you can find our speculations and predictions on the WWE 2K27 roster, including potential main roster additions, debuting NXT Superstars, returning Legends, and Superstars from WWE 2K26 who are likely to be removed from the WWE 2K27 roster.

Possible Main Roster Returns and Debuts

Here are the Superstars who returned to WWE in 2026 or debuted on the main roster, and who will likely be featured in WWE 2K27.

Following Paige's shocking return to WWE at WrestleMania 42, her inclusion in WWE 2K27 is certain, marking her return to the series after her last appearance in WWE 2K20.

Meanwhile, Baron Corbin and Big Cass are two other notable names making their return to the series, with Corbin last appearing in WWE 2K25 and Big Cass not featured since WWE 2K18.

Possible Legends Returns

Here is the list of possible NEW legends for WWE 2K27. The following Legends are currently under contract with WWE or have signed a Legends Contract, allowing them to appear in WWE video games, mobile apps, action figures, and other merchandise. All these Legends have appeared within the past year in WWE products such as WWE SuperCard, Topps trading cards, or action figures.

Possible New Additions from NXT

Here's a list of rising NXT Superstars who could be added to the WWE 2K27 roster. While not all of them are expected to make the cut, many have a strong chance of being included, either in the base roster or later as DLC.

Superstars Who Probably Won't Make It To WWE 2K27:

The Superstars listed below were featured in WWE 2K26, but it's unlikely that they will be seen in WWE 2K27, as they were recently released from WWE or have decided to leave the company in the past few months.

As you can see, there will be a significant number of removals from the WWE 2K27 roster:

Among this year's many departures are several wrestlers who have been longtime staples of both WWE and the WWE video game series, including Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Sheamus.

Meanwhile, Mick Foley announced that his WWE Legends contract has expired and that he won't be renewing it. This makes it highly unlikely that we'll see him, or any of the 3 Faces of Foley, in WWE 2K27.
