TheSmackDownHotel is the leading website covering WWE Games and wrestling games, connecting millions of enthusiast gamers every month. Our mission is to create high-quality video game Guides, News, Databases, and How-To.
You will be able to write about anything you want related to wrestling games, including:
- WWE 2K22 & WWE Games
- WWE SuperCard
- AEW Games
- Virtual Basement's The Wrestling Code
- and any other past or future wrestling games!
Responsibilities:
- Write articles dedicated to Wrestling Games, such as Guides & How-To, Tips & Tricks, Lists, News, etc.
- Able to find breaking news stories and interesting topics to write about
- Report to Lead Editor and implement feedback efficiently
Characteristics & Skills:
- Passionate about video games and writing
- Excellent knowledge of your chosen topics
- Understand what type of content gamers are looking for
- Good knowledge of the English language, with minimal errors in writing
- High attention to detail, highly motivated and willing to learn
- Bonus (not required): Previous writing experience is preferred
- Bonus (not required): Knowledge of photoshop for creating thumbnails
- Bonus (not required): SEO knowledge is a plus
