The SHINE promotion was founded on July 20, 2012 by Dave Prazak, Sal Hamaoui.
This was established as the sister promotion to SHIMMER. Both were created to offer female talent in North America a platform without objectification, and to this day is still running, though with production greatly affected negatively by the aftermath of COVID-19.
