Vancouver All-Star Wrestling was a Territory pro wrestling promotion based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The VANCOUVER ALL STAR WRESTLING promotion was founded on January 1, 1949 by Cliff Parker, and it ceased operations on July 2, 1989.

Beginning in the 1940s and 50s as a minor company in the Canadian province of British Columbia, Vancouver wrestling would gain an early push in popularity when NWA champion Gene Kiniski came to the territory in 1962. Rapidly becoming a serious force in the Pacific Northwest scene, the then-named NWA Vancouver would be taken over by Sandor Kovacs and Kiniski, rebranding to Northwest Wrestling Promotions

Seen all across Canada due to syndication, the Kovacs/Kiniski era would be the prime of Vancouver’s territorial business, before Al Tomko bought Kovacs’s shares in 1977. An aging veteran wrestler, the now renamed Vancouver All-Star Wrestling (VASW) would experience decline as Tomko pushed himself as a top star, with Tomko even abandoning the NWA in late 1985 to form his own governing body. This would prove unfruitful, as the promotion fell into disrepair, and closed shop in 1989.
