Giant Gram: All Japan Pro Wrestling 2 is a Sports game, developed by Scarab and published by Sega, which was released in Japan in 1999.

Game Modes

  • ARCADE is you and/or a Tag partner of your choice against 7 random opponents/teams.
  • TOURNAMENT is the mode where you face against 15 pre-determined opponents in Singles matches, and you'll unlock the 3 hidden wrestlers here...if you beat them that is...BUT only if you're good enough! A fourth hidden wrestler can be unlocked also, but you have to beat this mode with EVERYBODY, hidden wrestlers included!
  • VERSUS allows up to four players to play either Single or Tag matches.
  • EDIT allows you to create your own wrestler...and train them.
  • TRAINING allows you to practice the controls with any of the wrestlers in the game.
  • WATCH allows you to spectate Singles and Tag matches that are only controlled by the computer.
  • BACKUP allows you to save (option 1) and load (option 2) your options & progress. Since this game does not auto-load your progress & options with each boot-up, this mode is important to the players as this will help restore your progress & options from the previous session.
  • OPTIONS allows you to change the CPU difficulty, the stamina for the four players, whether the Stamina Gauge, and Reversal Point can be displayed or not, the time limit can be adjusted, as well as the screen, sound (adjust audio, test sounds, and adjust volume), controller layout, OR you can download the Giant Channel to your VMU, however this will take 128 blocks of space.
  • GIANT CHANNEL is a VMU exclusive mode, presenting two choices: TV (press A), and Puroresu (Press B). In TV, several shows will play. During a show, you may hear a tone, once you do, rapidly press A to collect the object that flies across the screen. These objects that you catch will unlock additional content for the main game. In Puroresu, you play a rock-paper-scissors mini game, where you must defeat uour opponent in a Best-of-5 series.
