The AAA Campeón de Campeones Championship was a World Title contested in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, by men wrestlers.
The championship was first established on June 15, 1996.
It was the first major championship of Lucha Libre AAA, as the name suggests, "Campeón de Campeones" to be a contender for the title, one needed to hold a title from any of AAA's divisions.
The last champion, Cibernético, participated in the tournament for the creation of the AAA Mega Championship.
The AAA Campeón de Campeones Championship was retired on December 31, 2005, with the final champion being Cibernético.
A similar championship, the AAA Mega Championship, has been later introduced, which does not share the lineage with this title.
