The CWE Heavyweight Championship is a secondary title contested in Costa Rica Wrestling Embassy, by men wrestlers.
The championship was first established on October 17, 2015.
Officially called "Campeonato Nacional de Costa Rica del CMLL" and later "Campeonato Peso Completo de CWE" in spanish.
This title was born within the territory of CMLL Costa Rica. In 2017, the small Costa Rican company split off and became an independent company called Costa Rica Wrestling Embassy.
The current champion is Hieronymus, who won the title on September 23, 2023, and has been reigning for 742 days.
