Undertaker '98

I can see where you are coming from as the picture is clearly Undertaker from around wrestlemania in 1999 but he did have that beard and started the Ministry at the back end of 1998 so technically there not wrong. 

I am confused on this Undertaker?  Why is this Undertaker called Undertaker '98 when clearly this is Undertaker '99 or Ministry Undertaker?  Also if this is suppose to be the Ministry version why does he not have his Ministry theme?  It was in 2K22.  Doesn't this bother anyone when they use this Undertaker knowing it is incorrect one way or another?  Hopefully 2K will see this and fix this via a patch because this is also my favorite version of the Undertaker, he just needs his correct theme to make him perfect.
