WWE 2K23 will have 5 post-launch content packs featuring 24 additional WWE Superstars and Legends, with several rising NXT stars making their franchise debuts.
Some of the fan-favorite Superstars that will be added as DLC in WWE 2K23 include Bray Wyatt, The O.C., The Steiner Brothers, Wade Barrett, and Eve Torres.
The post-launch content packs are available for individual purchase, and the full set of packs is also included with the Season Pass, Deluxe Edition, and Icon Edition of WWE 2K23.

WWE 2K23 Season Pass
The WWE 2K23 Season Pass will feature 5 post-launch DLC character packs, as well as the MyRISE Mega-Boost which includes an additional 200 Attribute Points and SuperCharger that unlocks all base game WWE legends and throwback arenas.

The Bad Bunny Pack is the pack you obtain by pre-ordering WWE 2K23, or by buying the Deluxe or the Icon Editions of the game. The Pack includes playable Bad Bunny character and Ruby tier MyFACTION card.

WWE 2K23 SuperCharger:
The WWE 2K23 SuperCharger unlock all WWE Legends available at launch, including The Ultimate Warrior, Goldberg, Trish Stratus, and Hollywood Hogan, as well as throwback arenas such as Halloween Havoc '97, RAW 2005, SummerSlam '88, and more from your in-game Shop.
However, like in WWE 2K22, it will not unlock Superstars and other unlockables from specific modes like 2K Showcase or MyRISE.
The WWE 2K23 SuperCharger is included as part of the Season Pass, and the Season Pass is included in the WWE 2K23 Deluxe Edition and Icon Editions.
