The AAA Fusión Championship was a secondary title contested in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, by men wrestlers.

The championship was first established on November 3, 2012, and the inaugural champion was Fénix.

AAA was divided in a brand extension very similar to WWE RAW & WWE SmackDown, withe the AAA Brands: AAA Fusión and AAA Evolución, this title was defended only by AAA Fusión wrestlers.

AAA never created a AAA Evolución Championship.

The AAA Fusión Championship was retired on August 17, 2014, when it was unified into the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship, with the final champion being El Hijo del Fantasma.
