The Women of Honor World Championship was a World Title contested in Ring of Honor, by women wrestlers.

The championship was first established on December 15, 2017, and the inaugural champion was Sumie Sakai.

The Women of Honor World Championship was retired on January 1, 2020, with the final champion being Kelly Klein.

A similar championship, the ROH Women's World Championship, has been later introduced, which does not share the lineage with this title.
