The NJPW Super J-Cup was a men's pro wrestling tournament held periodically by New Japan Pro Wrestling.
The tournament was established on April 16, 1994, and the first edition was won by Chris Benoit , while the last edition took place on December 12, 2020 and was won by El Phantasmo .
This was a tournament for junior heavyweight wrestlers (under the weight limit of 220 lbs, 100 kg). In 1995 the tournament was organized by Wrestle Association R, in 2000 by Michinoku Pro Wrestling, in 2004 by Osaka Pro Wrestling.
