The WWF International Heavyweight Championship was a secondary title contested in World Wrestling Entertainment, Universal Wrestling Federation (Japan), New Japan Pro Wrestling and National Wrestling Alliance, by men wrestlers.

The championship was first established on July 2, 1959, and the inaugural champion was Antonino Rocca.

The WWF International Heavyweight Championship was retired on October 31, 1985, with the final champion being Tatsumi Fujinami.
