In June 2006, Shawn Michaels returned to Raw and soon reunited with Triple H to re-form D-Generation X. DX defeated The Spirit Squad at Vengeance in a 5-on-2 handicap match and continued their feud with Mr. McMahon, Shane McMahon and The Spirit Squad for several weeks.
