The MSWA Mid-South Television Championship was a secondary title contested in Universal Wrestling Federation (Mid-South), by men wrestlers.

The championship was first established on May 2, 1984, and the inaugural champion was Krusher Kruschev.

The MSWA Mid-South Television Championship was retired on March 16, 1986, with the final champion being Dick Slater.

A similar championship, the UWF Television Championship, has been later introduced, which does not share the lineage with this title.
