The IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship was a secondary title contested in New Japan Pro Wrestling, by men wrestlers.

The championship was first established on May 12, 2017, and the inaugural champion was Kenny Omega.

The IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship was retired on November 11, 2023, with the final champion being Will Ospreay.

A similar championship, the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship, has been later introduced, which does not share the lineage with this title.
