The WWC Caribbean Heavyweight Championship is a secondary title contested in World Wrestling Council, by men wrestlers.

The championship was first established on May 25, 1968, and the inaugural champion was José Lothario.

The current champion is John Hawking, who won the title on March 14, 2026, and has been reigning for 197 days (Defeat Tony Leyenda in a double title match for the WWC Caribbean Heavyweight and WWC Puerto Rico Heavyweight Championship.).
