The TNA King of the Mountain was a pro wrestling special match type held periodically by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

The competition was established on June 2, 2004, and the first edition was won by Jeff Jarrett , while the last edition took place on June 19, 2022 and was won by Jordynne Grace [Knockouts].

The King of the Mountain Match is a unique variation of the Ladder match, often described as a reverse Ladder match, and is a signature stipulation of TNA.

In this match, five wrestlers compete in the ring. At the start, all wrestlers are considered "ineligible" for winning the match. To become "eligible", a wrestler must score a fall by pinning or submitting another participant (falls follow the Falls Count Anywhere rule). The wrestler who suffers the fall must spend 2 minutes in a small cage at ringside known as the "Penalty Box". It is possible for multiple wrestlers to be in the Penalty Box at the same time.

To win the match, wrestlers must perform the opposite of a traditional Ladder match: they must retrieve the championship belt (typically held by a referee) and hang it on a hook suspended above the center of the ring using a ladder. Only wrestlers who have become "eligible" can attempt to hang the belt and win the match.

Once a wrestler who is "eligible" requests the belt from the referee, it becomes available for any "eligible" wrestler to hang on the hook. If the belt falls to the ground and no wrestler retrieves it, the referee will pick it up and hold onto it until it is requested again.

The match was disputed from 2004 to 2008; then, from 2015 to 2016, it was used again for the TNA King of the Mountain Championship; on the last occasion, in 2022, it was disputed between knockouts (female wrestlers). This stipulation has always been contested for a title, except on one occasion.
