The championship was first established on April 4, 2019.
The title (not recognized by WWE) was created by Xavier Woods for his UpUpDownDown YouTube game show and is defended under special rules: during UUDD title "matches", Woods chooses a game unknown to the contestants in order to test video game IQ.
The current champion is Bishop Dyer & (as O.W.Y.H.), who won the title on July 22, 2024, and has been reigning for 661 days (O.W.Y.H. defeated Baby Thanos at Matsume Championship Wrestling.).
